Guitar plus Flute / Violin / Recorder / Cello

Over the years I have enjoyed performing with other instrumentalists, whether in a chamber music setting eg. The Castelnuovo-Tedesco Guitar Quintet or in works composed or transcribed for Guitar and violin/flute/recorder etc. As with the voice, the guitar offers a sympathetic accompaniment to other solo instruments that often require a harmonic framework within which to perform.

I firmly believe that it is vital for guitarists to work with other instrumentalists. This collaboration will offer positive outcomes in the future. There is a wealth of material and it is intended that the transcriptions for this particular ensemble grouping will increase in future publications.
